Beginner
Foundations
Your first eight weeks in one class. Squat, hinge, press and pull taught from the ground up, with loads kept deliberately light while the pattern is built.
Classes
Thirty-one coached classes a week at Ironhaus: strength, conditioning, mobility and beginner foundations. Every session is capped at fourteen people and included in your membership.
This week
Classes run at both locations. Booking opens seven days ahead in the member app, and every slot is capped at fourteen people.
What is on
Every class is programmed in blocks, so the Tuesday session builds on the one before it rather than being whatever the coach felt like that morning.
Beginner
Your first eight weeks in one class. Squat, hinge, press and pull taught from the ground up, with loads kept deliberately light while the pattern is built.
All levels
The main strength session. One heavy lift, two accessories and a finisher, run off the Ironhaus template so every week builds on the last.
All levels
Steady aerobic work on bikes, rowers and the sled track. Conversational pace, long enough to matter, easy enough to repeat on Thursday.
Intermediate
Short, hard and properly measured. Threshold and VO2 work with real rest between efforts, because the rest is what makes the efforts count.
All levels
Loaded range work for hips, shoulders and ankles. Not a stretching class: you will hold positions under load and own the range you gain.
Advanced
Ninety minutes to work up to a genuine top set with a coach on the platform and the room behind you. The best hour and a half of the week.
Your coaches
Every class on the timetable is run by one of these four. None of them are agency cover and all of them train here themselves.

Head Strength Coach
Fifteen years under a barbell and eleven coaching other people under one. Marcus writes the strength templates every Ironhaus member starts on.

Conditioning Lead
Former 800m runner who now builds engines for people who lift. Nadia runs the conditioning block and the Thursday intervals.

Performance Nutrition Coach
Registered nutritionist with a low tolerance for supplement marketing. Dev handles member nutrition reviews and writes most of what you read here about food.

Mobility & Recovery Coach
Movement specialist who runs the recovery suite and the mobility classes that keep everyone else able to train.
First one is free
Turn up ten minutes early, tell the front desk it is your first, and a coach will walk you through it. Nothing to pay and nothing to cancel afterwards.
