What the week includes

Everything a paying member gets, because a trial that hides the good parts tells you nothing useful about whether you want to train here.

• Full access to both training floors during opening hours
• Every coached class on the timetable, subject to a space in the fourteen
• A forty-five minute movement assessment with a coach
• The recovery suite, including the sauna and cold plunge
• A written starting plan you keep, whether or not you join

There is no catch and no card

We do not take payment details to start the week and there is nothing that quietly converts into a membership at the end of it. If you decide it is not for you, say so or simply stop coming. Nobody will ring you about it.

Our guarantee on everything we sell

The gear in our shop is the gear on our floor, and it is covered for a full year from the day it arrives. If a belt, a sleeve or a bag fails in normal training use inside that year, send it back and we will replace it or refund you.

What the guarantee does not cover

• Damage from misuse, accidents or anything a dog got hold of
• Normal wear on a item that has simply reached the end of its life
• Items lost or damaged in a fire, flood or similar
• Anything with the label removed or defaced
• Supplements that have been opened, for obvious reasons

Unopened gear can go back within sixty days for any reason at all, including changing your mind. The delivery page has the full detail on how to send something back.
