One-to-one hours with a coach who writes your programme, watches every set and adjusts it week to week. Sessions never expire and can be shared with a training partner at no extra cost. Available to members and non-members alike.

Personal Training Block

Sessions

Ten credits for any coached class on the timetable, valid for a year from the day you activate them. Book from your phone, cancel up to two hours before and the credit comes straight back. The easiest way to try the floor before committing to a month.

Ten Class Pass

Ten millimetres of vegetable-tanned leather at a uniform width, with a steel lever that locks the same way every single rep. It takes about a month of squatting to break in and then holds its shape for a decade. Competition legal under every federation we have checked.

Leather Lifting Gloves
