Getting it to you

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are picked and dispatched the same afternoon from Shady Lane. Everything else goes out the next morning. You will get a tracking number by email the moment the label is printed.

• Standard delivery, two to four working days, $6
• Free standard delivery on orders over $75
• Express delivery, next working day if ordered before 2pm, $14
• Collect from either gym, free, usually ready within two hours

Collecting from the gym

Choose collection at checkout and pick it up from the front desk at either location during opening hours. We hold orders for fourteen days, and members can collect at any hour the doors are open.

Memberships and class passes

Nothing is shipped. A membership activates the moment it is paid for and a class pass lands in your account straight away, so you can book a session before you have put your phone down.

Sending something back

You have sixty days to return anything unopened and unused, for any reason at all, including simply changing your mind about a colour. Email hello@ironhaus.fit with your order number and we will send a prepaid label. Refunds land within five working days of the parcel reaching us.

What we cannot take back

• Supplements once the seal has been broken
• Items that have been worn, washed or trained in
• Anything soiled or contaminated, until it has been properly cleaned
• Items with the label removed or defaced
• Gift cards and personal training blocks already part-used

Faults are a separate matter and are covered for a full year under our guarantee, whether or not the sixty days have passed.
