One-to-one hours with a coach who writes your programme, watches every set and adjusts it week to week. Sessions never expire and can be shared with a training partner at no extra cost. Available to members and non-members alike.
Why we stock it
Nothing reaches this shop until it has spent a season on our own floor being used by members who are not gentle with equipment. If it frays, slips, cracks or quietly stops doing its job inside a year, we stop stocking it and tell you why. That is the entire buying process, and it is why the list here is short.
Ordered before 2pm on a working day and it ships the same afternoon, free over $75, or collect it from the front desk at either gym within a couple of hours. You have sixty days to send anything unopened back, and a full year of cover if something fails in normal training use.

Bought it on a coach's recommendation rather than a review, which turned out to be the right call. Six months of three sessions a week and it has not moved a millimetre out of shape.
